HOW TO PREPARE BETTER CHEW SOUTHERN-STYLE FRIED FISH:

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat air fryer at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray with cooking oil spray (optional).
  3. Cook Better Chew Southern Style Fried Fish for approximately 6 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Remove Better Chew Southern Style Fried Fish from air fryer and enjoy!

Oven:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and place Better Chew Southern Style Fried Fish on the paper.
  3. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from baking tray and enjoy!

    Just tried the fish and chicken. Only bad the coating had broken off the fish in the bag. Other than that good texture and flavor. It’s been hard to find a good fish substitute, especially one that’s flaky with good flavor.
